Five of eleven room types come with their own private open-air or semi-open-air bath, on the inn's own named hot-spring source.

Five of Yumeya's eleven room types come with their own private bath, included in the room rate: 早蕨 (Sawarabi) and 横笛 (Yokobue) each have a full private open-air bath, 胡蝶 (Kochou), 夕霧 (Yugiri) and 浮船 (Ukifune) a semi-open-air bath. All draw from the inn's own named hot-spring source, drilled on its own grounds.

Where it is

Tokyo is the door. Iwamuro is the Joetsu Shinkansen to Niigata, about two hours with no change, then a local Echigo Line train down the coast to Iwamuro station and a bus or taxi the last four kilometers into the onsen, about 2 h 50 in all..
