Does Bettei Otozure allow tattoos? In a private bath

Private bath only

Eighteen rooms in the hills above the town, and not one of them sends you down a corridor to bathe.

Otozure does not need a tattoo policy. All eighteen rooms, types A through G, have their own open-air bath, and the operator describes the view from a private open-air bath as the point of the place. There is also a spa wing, the Grande Spa, whose rule is not published, so treat that separately.

What happens when you arrive

Skip the shared baths and reserve the private one the way this page describes. Once the door is closed, the bath is yours.

How we know

Confirmed from official site (the inn’s own rooms pages, which list an open-air bath on every room type) — bath structure, not a tattoo policy. 45 pages of the site carry no tattoo statement.
