Does Arima Grand Hotel allow tattoos? In a private bath
The shared baths are restricted, but a private or in-room bath is open to you. You are bathing alone or with your own party, so the communal rule does not apply.
Two routes, and the size of your work decides which. The large baths refuse tattooed guests except for a small one-point tattoo under the hotel’s own 10×10 cm (3.9×3.9 in) cover seal, which is the tightest allowance on this page. For anything bigger the answer is a room in the 別墅 結楽 annex, which has its own open-air bath.

What happens when you arrive
Do not use the shared baths — the rule there is a refusal, and the private bath is the whole reason this listing exists. Reserve it the way the property requires: the notes on this page say whether that is a time slot booked ahead, a request at check-in, or a phone call. Once the door is closed nobody is checking anything.
How we know
Confirmed Confirmed from official site (the day-use page for the seal, the room pages for the private baths)

Best for: A view bath if your work is a small point; a private one if it is not
A ninth-floor bath with a view and another in the basement, both open to day visitors as well as guests. Read the seal allowance strictly: it is for one small point, not for a sleeve broken into pieces.
