JR All Shikoku Rail Pass Three to seven days, from 12,000 yen, on every JR Shikoku train, with non-reserved seats on the limited expresses. It starts at Kojima, the first stop on the Shikoku side of the line from Okayama. It covers the Nanpu from Kojima to Kochi and the Ashizuri limited express on to Nakamura, which runs over the Tosa Kuroshio Railway and is included. The bus from Nakamura to Cape Ashizuri is paid separately. Sold on Klook.

The largest of the cape hotels, on あしずり温泉, a weakly alkaline radon spring. Bathing 05:30 to 08:30 and 16:00 to 23:30, with an open-air tub looking down on the Pacific; the hotel recommends it at dawn. The FAQ states 部屋にお風呂はありますか? はい。全室バス・トイレ（洗浄器）付です, which is a bathroom and not a private onsen, and 日帰り入浴はできますか? 申し訳ございません。当館では日帰り入浴は行っておりません. Kongofukuji, the 38th temple on the Shikoku pilgrimage, is a 15-minute walk.
