The budget house of the Ooedo pair in Yamashiro, up on Kikyogaoka, where the bath to look for is the cypress one and the water keeps arriving in the tub while you sit in it.
Tattooed guests may use the large baths only under the hotel’s own paid cover seal, and only when it hides the tattoo completely. The rule sits on the hotel’s bath page and again under the day-visit prices. There is no published size limit, so settle a big tattoo at the front desk before paying.

Baths 15:00–24:00 and 02:00–10:00. A rock open-air bath and two hinoki baths, alternating between men and women. The hotel lists its water as calcium-sodium sulfate. Day bathing is sold. The seal is sold at the hotel; the price is not published.
