Does Koto-no-niwa allow tattoos? In a private bath
Ten rooms of unpainted timber built in 2020, each with a tub that runs Dogo water straight from the source and never turns it off.
There is no shared bath to have a rule about. All ten rooms have their own bath, and the inn says the water in them is free-flowing from the source and available around the clock, so a tattooed guest bathes on the same terms as anyone else. The inn publishes nothing on tattoos, which is what you would expect of a house with no communal tub.

Confirmed from official site — bath structure, not a tattoo policy. The inn’s onsen page states that the in-room baths run 源泉かけ流し and are usable 24 hours.

Best for: Free-flowing Dogo water in your own tub at three in the morning
Ten rooms in a timber building put up in April 2020 with cedar and cypress from around Mount Ishizuchi: a detached suite, two maisonette villas, a garden suite with a rooftop bath and a villa type. Sister house to Hotel Katsuragi and Hanayuzuki, which share the same street address and do refuse tattooed bathers in their shared baths.
