Does Traumerei allow tattoos? Bath of your own, not spring water
Two private baths named after Nice and Cannes, built from Spanish and Italian stone with terraces open to the night sky, and the auberge says without prompting that the water is not onsen.
No tattoo rule is published, and none is needed: there is no shared bath. Two private baths, Petite Nice and Petite Cannes, are reserved per room for 50 minutes and can be used again after check-out. The auberge states plainly that they are not hot spring water.

JR East Pass Covers the Hokuriku Shinkansen from Tokyo to Nagano, or the JR line from Shinjuku by way of Matsumoto to Hakuba. The Alpico bus from Nagano is not included. Sold on Klook.

Ordinary heated water. FAQ: 貸切風呂は温泉ですか？ 温泉ではありません。 and no bathing tax is charged because it is not onsen. Two private baths in Spanish and Italian natural stone with terraces, 8:00–23:00, 50 minutes per room plus 10 minutes’ cleaning, booked at check-in or ahead, usable again while you stay and after check-out if free. The Executive Suite (42 m², renovated August 2022) has its own semi-open-air bath. Other rooms have unit baths. Open since 1981. Free winter shuttle to the ski areas. A Google review quoted on the site mentions tattoos; that is a guest, not the house.
