Two of the open-air baths come with an indoor tub of their own, so a party gets both halves of the bath behind one door.
Hisui says nothing about tattoos on its own pages. It does hold two open-air baths with their own indoor tub attached, taken privately, alongside one further reservable bath, and those are the route to plan on. One of the open-air baths is mixed, so a party that wants to be alone should reserve rather than wander in.
