APA Hotel & Resort Sapporo
アパホテル&リゾート〈札幌〉
Does APA Hotel & Resort Sapporo allow tattoos? Yes, covered
A resort-scale bath in Kawazoe, half an hour of bus from Sapporo Station, where the water is a radium artificial spring rather than a drilled one.
The same company rule applies: refused unless two or fewer of APA’s own 10 × 12 cm point cover seals hide the tattoo completely. Overnight guests are given two free per person per night at the front desk, reissued each night rather than for the whole stay.

The operator’s own wording, to show at the desk if you need to.

A chain rule with the smallest seal on this page
APA states its rule centrally, in force since 19 March 2019 and repeated on every property page: tattoos are refused in the daiyokujo unless they can be hidden under no more than two of APA’s own point cover seals, each 10×12 cm (3.9×4.7 in). How we know
Confirmed from official site — company-wide rule read on APA’s own customer-support page; the operator’s spa index names this property and its bath but carries no separate tattoo text

Best for: A bath at the edge of the city on the road out to the mountains, with a bus back into town
APA calls the water a radium artificial hot spring rather than a natural source. This is the only Sapporo property the company lists on its own spa index. It sits out in Kawazoe in Minami-ku, roughly thirty minutes by bus from stop 26 at Sapporo Station to Kawazoe 5-jo 2-chome, then two minutes on foot. The two-seal cap still applies.
