A hotel at the north end of Shirarahama with every room facing the sea, two springs — one from the hills, one from the shore — in its bath halls, and open-air baths on the balconies of the top two floors.
The rooms on the top two floors have an open-air bath of their own, looking at the beach. The two large baths downstairs run on two different springs and carry no published rule, so the room is the answer.
