A Yumoto ryokan where every bath, including a private garden bath, is bookable, and four of its eight rooms carry their own open-air bath.
Every bath can be booked privately, on top of a dedicated private garden bath and four rooms with their own open-air bath. The ryokan's own site says all its baths are also available on a private/reserved basis.

Hakone Freepass covers this ride, the Odakyu line from Shinjuku, the Tozan railway and the cable car. The Romancecar, the reserved-seat express on the Odakyu line, charges a seat fee on top of it. Sold on Klook.
