Does Hotel 28 Hiroshima allow tattoos? Yes, covered
A bar-district hotel whose bath rule turns on one 8-by-10 sheet of cover tape, which you have to bring yourself.
Refused in principle, with one seal as the exception: if a single 8-by-10-centimeter cover sheet hides the tattoo, the rule does not apply to you. The hotel says plainly that it does not supply the seal, so bring it. One sheet is the tightest allowance of any Hiroshima hotel in this file.
