Does APA Hotel Kanazawa-Chuo, APA Spa allow tattoos? Yes, covered
A fourteenth-floor natural spring with three outdoor tubs on the men’s side, sold to anyone for 1,000 yen and used free by guests of two APA hotels.
Covered is admitted. The property’s own bath FAQ answers no to tattoos and then allows any tattoo that the company’s designated seals, two at 10 by 12 centimeters, can cover. APA’s sister hotel at Kanazawa Station says guests get those two seals free at the front desk per person per night, and day visitors buy them; the Chuo page does not repeat the price, so ask at the desk. Guests of APA Hotel Kanazawa-Katamachi, which has no bath, are sent here free under the same rule.

The FAQ calls it natural hot spring, sodium chloride, weakly alkaline and hypotonic, at a high temperature. Men have one indoor and three outdoor tubs, women one indoor and one outdoor. Sauna and a ganbanyoku stone-bed room booked at the 14th-floor desk in 30-minute slots. Guests free, 06:00 to 24:00; day bathing 1,000 yen. No private bath. Bring towels from the room. APA Hotel Kanazawa-Katamachi’s FAQ says its guests may use this spa free.
