A city-center bath with a keypad lock on the women’s door and a milk vending machine outside, where two 10-by-15-centimeter seals get a tattoo in.
Two seals’ worth of tattoo is admitted. The bath page refuses tattoos and then makes an exception for anything two cover seals of about 10 by 15 centimeters can hide, and sends you to the front desk to ask. The page does not say whether the seals are free or sold, so ask when you check in.

Guests only, free, 06:00 to 10:00 and 15:00 to 01:00. The women’s entrance opens with a daily code from the front desk. Room wear and room slippers are allowed in the corridor to the bath; bring towels from the room. Milk and flavored milk from a vending machine outside. The page names no spring, so this is not a hot spring. Kanazawa ordinance limits mixed bathing to children aged six and under.
