Does Kanazawa Yuwaku Onsen Yunode allow tattoos? In a private bath

Private bath only

Three sukiya-style rooms here, Nadeshiko, Yuri and Yamabuki, each keep a private open-air tub on the Yuwaku spring.

Book one of the three rooms with a private open-air spring bath: Nadeshiko, Yuri or Yamabuki. Two more rooms, Oshidori and Shirasagi, have an indoor cypress tub, but the inn does not say that one is spring water. There is no tattoo rule on the inn’s site.

Awara is the next Shinkansen stop, 26 minutes, and eight minutes on the Keifuku bus. Awazu is the IR Ishikawa Railway, the old JR line, 38 minutes, and a short bus. How we know

Confirmed from official site (bath structure, not a tattoo policy)

Read on: yunode.jp/guestroom

Best for: A sukiya room hung with Kaga crafts and a spring tub on the other side of the shoji

Open-air-bath rooms: Nadeshiko (furnished with Kaga crafts and work by local artists), Yuri and Yamabuki. Indoor-bath rooms: Oshidori and Shirasagi, the latter with Futamata washi shoji. One special suite with low beds. The inn describes its building as sukiya-zukuri. Agoda sells the open-air-bath rooms by name, so use that link to be sure of the bath.
