Does Hotel Route-Inn Osaka Kishiwada Higashi-Kishiwada Ekimae allow tattoos? Yes, covered
At Higashi-Kishiwada, the nearest bath on this page to Kansai Airport, the hotel puts the airport in its own name, with the chain’s large communal bath.
Tattoos are allowed if a cover seal hides them completely. The group names no seal size and doesn’t say the hotel sells seals, so bring your own.

The bath
The bath at Higashi-Kishiwada is filled with radium artificial hot-spring water, which Route Inn makes by dissolving Radi-Hope, a government-approved additive; the chain lists rheumatism, lower back pain, stiff shoulders and fatigue among the complaints it helps. In the hotel’s photos, one side has a long tub along a window onto a small planted garden, bamboo stems rising from a pebble bed among the showers, and a tall red glazed urn on a stone block by the washing places. The changing room is carpeted, with basket shelves and a scale. The two baths, one for each sex, open from 3 p.m. until 2 a.m. and again from 5 a.m. until 10 a.m. Face towels are in the amenity list here, along with soap, shampoo and conditioner, lotions and dryers.
The hotel
230 rooms. The upper-floor comfort rooms have airweave mattresses and free films. Breakfast is free, 6:45 a.m. to 9 a.m., with croissants and a mocha danish baked in the hotel; at dinner, Nagomi offers an hour of unlimited beer, highballs, sours, shochu (a distilled spirit) and sake for ¥1,000. Parking ¥800 a night. A condominium is under construction diagonally opposite until about late January 2027, and the hotel warns of noise and trucks. In at 3 p.m., out at 10 a.m.
