Does Yunogokan Will Be allow tattoos? In a private bath
The indoor baths here are floored in tatami rather than tile, and the one bath you can lock is claimed at the desk on arrival.
Nothing here addresses tattoos, so the four shared tubs are unknown ground. The inn keeps one reservable open-air bath at 2,500 yen for 45 minutes, and it is worth knowing that it cannot be booked in advance: slots are taken at the desk when you check in, on the hour from 16:00, so ask first thing.

What happens when you arrive
Skip the shared baths and reserve the private one the way this page describes. Once the door is closed, the bath is yours.
How we know
Confirmed from official site (the inn’s own bath page) — bath structure, not a tattoo policy. 45 pages of the site carry no tattoo statement.

Best for: A reservable open-air bath claimed at check-in, in a riverside inn with tatami-floored indoor baths.
One open-air bath and one indoor bath each for men and women, with the open-air baths swapping by time of day and closing at 23:00. The indoor baths are floored with tatami, which the inn says is for the safety of older guests and children. Reservable bath 2,500 yen for 45 minutes, on the hour from 16:00, same-day booking only. Bathing tax of 200 yen for adults is charged separately.
