Does Isawa Tokiwa Hotel allow tattoos? In a private bath
Isawa Tokiwa Hotel added a private bath at the end of 2024, fed straight from the spring, and keeps it open for bookings until eleven at night.
The hotel publishes no tattoo rule. In December 2024 it opened a private bath on free-flowing spring water, 3,300 yen for 40 minutes, last entry 23:00 at night and 10:00 in the morning.

Private bath 15:00–23:00 and 6:00–10:00, last entries. All rooms non-smoking, with a fine for smoking in them. The ryokan association lists rooms with a hot spring bath, but that was not confirmed on the hotel’s own room pages.
