Does Ooike Hotel allow tattoos? In a private bath
Ooike is built around families with small children, with baby beds in both changing rooms and a kids’ room, and its fifth-floor bath looks straight at Mount Fuji.
Ooike publishes no tattoo rule on its own site. It has two private garden open-air baths, Enza-no-yu and Hojo-no-yu, and some rooms have a bath of their own with a view of Mount Fuji. The hotel says the private open-air baths are not hot spring water.

Private garden open-air baths Enza-no-yu and Hojo-no-yu: the hotel writes 貸切露天風呂は温泉ではありません (the private open-air baths are not hot spring water); the bath page gives no price. The fifth-floor large bath faces Mount Fuji; the garden open-air baths Seseragi-no-yu and Komorebi-no-yu swap between men and women.
