Does Skye Niseko allow tattoos? In a private bath

Private bath only

Skye’s spring carries its own name, Skye no Yu, a calcium-sodium-magnesium cold mineral water the hotel reheats, and three of its bathrooms are doors you can shut behind you.

Nothing about tattoos appears on the onsen page in either language, and nothing in the FAQ. Read that as silence rather than as permission for the shared bath. The reason Skye is here is the three private onsen rooms, Tsuki, Ten and Hoshi, which staying guests use free of charge for 50 minutes at a time, booked from the in-room tablet or at the front desk.

What happens when you arrive

Skip the shared baths and reserve the private one the way this page describes. Once the door is closed, the bath is yours.

How we know

Confirmed from official site — bath structure, not a tattoo policy. English and Japanese onsen pages and the FAQ were read; none mentions tattoos.
