Rooftop open-air baths on both sides above Tor Road, a wide indoor tub, a dry sauna for men and a mist sauna for women, and a late-night window for tattooed guests.
Tattoos are welcome uncovered in the sky spa from 11 p.m. to 3 a.m., a window the hotel sets aside for guests with tattoos. At other hours it asks for a cover seal.
The bath
The sky spa sits at the top of the hotel on Tor Road: an open-air tub on one side backed by a wall of pale stone slabs with frosted glass on the open side, the other side with louvered screens, wicker loungers and a square opening to the sky, the glass filmed on both sides for privacy. The men’s side has a dry sauna with a cold plunge; the women’s a mist sauna with no plunge. The nightly tattoo hours, 11 p.m. to 3 a.m., end just as cleaning begins, and the saunas are off from 2 a.m., so the last hour has no sauna. Day visitors pay ¥1,600 in the evening or ¥1,200 in the morning, more on weekends, towels included, registering with photo ID the first time.
The hotel
Rooms are small and plain: doubles at 15 m², queens and kings at 16, twins at 18 to 19. Each has a raised seating platform beside the Simmons bed, and a modular bathroom. There is no parking on site; the hotel has an arrangement with a garage about three minutes away at ¥2,400 a night.

Sannomiya and Shin-Kobe are about 6 minutes away, Osaka about 35 by JR, and Kobe Airport about 30.
