Inoshiba
南紀白浜 井の芝
Does Inoshiba allow tattoos? In a private bath
This place is nothing but private baths: four semi-open-air rooms you book online and open with a door code.
The facility has no shared bath and no rooms to stay in, only four private baths rented by the session. It publishes no tattoo policy, and nobody else is in the water.
What the hotel says about its baths

The bath
Two rooms have rock baths on free-flowing spring water, one with a pot bath beside it and one with a jacuzzi. The other two have cypress tubs that the operator labels herb baths, without saying the water is from the spring. All four are semi-open-air and take up to four adults.
You pay a room fee plus a fee per person. The rooms are ¥4,400, ¥4,620, ¥6,050 and ¥7,150, and each adult adds ¥880, each child ¥550. A session in the ¥4,620 room is 75 minutes. Open 9:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., closed on irregular days. Shampoo, soap, a dryer and a face towel are in each room.
