Does Hotel Hanakazari allow tattoos? In a private bath
All three baths here are private and free, with no reservation. You take whichever is empty, as often as you like.
The hotel has three baths, two indoor and one open-air, and every one is for a single party at a time: free, no reservation, about an hour a turn. It publishes no tattoo policy, and with every bath private there is nothing for one to apply to.
