Does APA Hotel & Resort Nishi-Shinjuku Gochome Ekimae Tower allow tattoos? Yes, covered
Tattoos are allowed if two of APA's cover seals, 10 cm × 12 cm (3.9 × 4.7 in) each, hide them completely.
Overnight guests get both seals free at the front desk each night. A tattoo two seals can't hide is refused.

The bath
Genyo no Yu is on the 2nd floor. APA's standard bath water is a "quasi-natural Komeiseki hot spring," which means an artificial spring made with a mineral ore, not water from the ground. The indoor bath is open 3 p.m. to 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. The open-air bath and pot baths close earlier, at midnight.
