Tattoos are allowed if two of APA's cover seals, 10 cm × 12 cm (3.9 × 4.7 in) each, hide them completely. The bath and open-air bath are on the 28th and top floor.
Overnight guests get both seals free at the front desk each night. A tattoo two seals can't hide is refused.

The bath
The bath and open-air bath are on the 28th and top floor, guests only and free, open 3 p.m. to 1 a.m. and 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. APA's standard bath water is a "quasi-natural Komeiseki hot spring," which means an artificial spring made with a mineral ore, not water from the ground. Take your card key and the face and bath towels from your room.
The hotel
620 rooms. Breakfast is a buffet at the 2nd-floor Common Cafe from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. Water dispensers on every floor, a charging spot and rental Wi-Fi in the lobby.
