Does Hotel Kikyou allow tattoos? In a private bath
A small Yamashiro inn whose best rooms come with a free-flowing half-open-air bath, and one of them with a sauna beside it.
No tattoo rule is published. The special rooms carry the answer: a suite with its own dining room and a free-flowing half-open-air bath, two special rooms Seiraku and Getsuraku, and a room with a half-open-air bath and a private sauna.
