Arima Onsen, on the slope above the town Ryokan (luxury)

Kinzan

有馬温泉 欽山

Does Kinzan allow tattoos? In a private bath

Private bath only

A ryokan on the hill above the town where the rooms called Kiccho and the East Wing each have an open-air hot spring bath of their own, on the colorless radium spring — while the bath hall below runs red with the gold one.

The Kiccho rooms and the East Wing have an open-air hot spring bath of their own, on the ryokan’s radium spring. The large bath downstairs runs on the iron-red gold spring and carries no published rule, so the room is the answer.

What happens when you arrive

Skip the shared baths and reserve the private one the way this page describes; once the door is closed nobody is checking anything.

How we know

Confirmed Confirmed from official site — bath structure, not a tattoo policy

Read on: kinzan.co.jp

Best for: Arima's two springs under one roof, one of them in your own room

The rooms with their own bath are named on the ryokan's page as 客室専有温泉露天風呂: 吉兆 and the East Wing. No tattoo policy is published.
