Tattoos are allowed if up to two cover seals hide them completely, the largest 11.8 cm × 17.2 cm (4.6 × 6.8 in). The bath, Kachi no Yu, is on the 12th floor with a half-open-air bath that looks at the Skytree.
The hotel's own FAQ says seals are provided “depending on the facility” and that stock is limited, so bring your own of the right size.

The bath
Kachi no Yu is on the 12th and top floor, with a half-open-air bath that looks at the Skytree, lit up on a clear night and lost in cloud on a wet one, as the hotel puts it, and a bright indoor tub. Not a spring. A two-tier dry sauna with a television, a chilled cold bath, and a cool-down space where the soundtrack is the expressway. Open 3 p.m. to 10 a.m. the next morning; the sauna is off between 1 a.m. and 5 a.m.
The hotel
106 rooms, mostly singles and semi-doubles with 36 doubles. Check-in is 3 p.m. and checkout is 11 a.m., with the chain's Japanese-Western buffet breakfast.
Good to know
