The Lake View TOYA Nonokaze Resort
ザ レイクビュー TOYA 乃の風リゾート
Does The Lake View TOYA Nonokaze Resort allow tattoos? In a private bath
Two private baths sit on the top floor of the Spa Resort wing, fed by the spring and wide enough for three adults, with the lake and Mount Yotei filling the window in front of the tub.
Nonokaze publishes no tattoo rule at all, in its FAQ or on its bath pages, so what happens in the shared baths is genuinely unknown and this site does not fill the gap in. Two things it does publish make the question avoidable: two private baths on the top floor of the Spa Resort wing, rented by the slot, and three room grades in the Club wing with a lake-facing onsen tub of their own.

What happens when you arrive
Skip the shared baths and reserve the private one the way this page describes. Once the door is closed, the bath is yours.
How we know
Confirmed from official site — bath structure, not a tattoo policy (the hotel’s own 温泉 page for the private baths and its 客室 pages for the in-room baths; the site and its FAQ say nothing about tattoos)

Best for: A private tub on the top floor, booked by the fifty-minute slot, with Mount Yotei in the glass
Private baths: two rooms, 50 minutes for 4,400 yen including tax, 16:00–23:00 with last reception at 22:00 and each turn starting on the hour. Each comes with its own rest room with a sofa, a television and a powder corner, and the tub takes three adults. In-room onsen baths: the 112 m² Premium Spa Suite, which adds a self-loyly sauna, the 112 m² Executive Suite, and the 56 m² Executive Twin. The three shared baths are TENQOO on the roof, EZOFUJI, and a bathhouse-styled Showa-no-yu. This hotel was the Toya Park Hotel Tenshou before its rebuild, so searches for that name land here.
