Does Dormy Inn Tokyo Hatchobori allow tattoos? Yes, covered
Tattoos are allowed if up to two cover seals hide them completely, the largest 11.8 cm × 17.2 cm (4.6 × 6.8 in). The bath, Kamejimagawa Onsen Shinkawa no Yu, is the hotel's own spring, in a room built like an old farmhouse bathhouse.
The hotel's own FAQ says seals are provided “depending on the facility” and that stock is limited, so bring your own of the right size.

The bath
Kamejimagawa Onsen Shinkawa no Yu, on the 2nd floor, is the hotel's own spring, and the room is built to look like a bathhouse in an old farmhouse. The hotel's phrase is a place that makes you forget you're in the city. Outside is a rock-lined open-air bath and a generous cool-down space with chairs. The sauna is an auto-löyly type with a television, and the chilled cold bath is filled with the spring water too, which the hotel says is rare in central Tokyo. Open 3 p.m. to 10 a.m. the next morning; the sauna is off between 1 a.m. and 5 a.m.
The hotel
143 rooms, mostly doubles, with semi-doubles, queens and seven Japanese-style twins, on Simmons or airweave mattresses. Check-in is 3 p.m. and checkout is 11 a.m., with the chain's buffet breakfast.
