Tattoos are allowed under up to two of the facility's own seals, 11 cm × 20 cm (4.3 × 7.9 in) each, worn for the whole visit. Tell reception when you arrive.
Tattoos are allowed if covered by up to two facility-issued seals, each a maximum of 11 cm × 20 cm (4.3 × 7.9 in). The seals must stay on for the whole visit, not just in the bath, and you must tell reception about the tattoo when you arrive. Turning up without saying so means being asked to leave.

The bath
Hot-spring water, not city water: tankers bring it from the Manyo no Yu springs at Yugawara, a salty water, and the Yumoto spring at Hakone, a milder one. The open-air bath on the roof looks across Tokyo Bay, and once in you can go back as often as you like on the one admission; inside are the big indoor bath, a dry sauna and a salt sauna, and on the women’s side a nano-mist sauna. The roof also has a foot-bath garden. Open 10 a.m. to 3 a.m. every day, with a surcharge past 3 a.m., a cleaning break 3 to 5 a.m. and a morning session from 5 a.m. The set admission includes towels, yukata (a light cotton robe) and use of the building, plus ¥150 bath tax.
The hotel
Rooms are on the upper floors: Western twins from 20 to 36 m² on airweave mattresses, some with a proper bathroom, some shower-only and a few connecting; Japanese rooms from a one-person four-mat room to a 65 m² Japanese-Western room for five; and a 66 m² suite with its own Yugawara spring bath looking over the bay. Room rates include the admission that day visitors pay, so the baths and rest areas are yours all night. Check-in is 3 p.m. and checkout is 11 a.m. Breakfast is a buffet from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. with sashimi and sushi on it. Every room has Wi-Fi, a kettle, a fridge and a safe.

Getting there
The building stands beside Toyosu Market. The airport buses at Michi no Terrace Toyosu run three a day to Haneda and one a day to Narita.
