The group names no seal size and doesn’t say the hotel sells seals, so bring your own. A tattoo too large to cover is refused.
The bath
A men's and a women's bath, the chain's standard large bath, open 3 p.m. to 2 a.m. and again 5 a.m. to 10 a.m. The women's side is fitted with ReFa Fine Bubble shower heads and a ReFa dryer. Body soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and emulsion on both sides, with cleansing oil, brushes and cotton for women, and shaving foam, combs and razors for men. Scales and dryers in both.
The hotel
Route Inn's Grand grade, its upper one, with 209 rooms. Check-in is 3 p.m. and checkout is 10 a.m. The front desk is staffed around the clock. Breakfast is a buffet at Maguro Dining Mikura. The same restaurant serves dinner, and there's an izakaya, a banquet room and meeting rooms. This is a hotel built for the business traveler, and it says so.

Getting there
Toyocho is on the Koto side of the Sumida, an office district with a subway station rather than a place to visit, which is why the rate is what it is.
