Mitsui Garden Hotel Prana Tokyo Bay
三井ガーデンホテルプラナ東京ベイ
Does Mitsui Garden Hotel Prana Tokyo Bay allow tattoos? Yes!
Tattoos are welcome in the 7th-floor bath, with nothing to cover. No seal and no size limit.
The hotel's own bath page says it has dropped its limits on body art and tattoos, with no condition on size or placement.
The bath
Three baths at three different temperatures on the 7th floor, and a window over the water. The hotel makes its case for the morning rather than the evening. The bath looks east over the bay, and the hotel suggests coming up to watch the light arrive.
No sauna and no open-air side, and the water is heated rather than a spring. What's unusual here is the hours, not the room.
The bath runs from 6 p.m. straight through to 9 a.m., all night without a break. That's the opposite pattern from the rest of the group, which closes between 1 a.m. and 6 a.m., and it fits how people use this hotel: back late from a park, in the water at midnight, up again for the bay at breakfast. Free to guests, with towels from your room.
The hotel
A four-star resort hotel by its own description, and a Tokyo Disney Resort partner hotel, which shapes the whole place. Check-in is 3 p.m. and checkout is noon. Rooms take up to six: a 36.4 m² Deluxe with four beds and a balcony, a 60.8 m² Executive with five beds and a terrace, and a 30.4 m² Superior twin.
PRANA Style, the buffet restaurant, has a live kitchen.
