Part of a group-wide change

This is one of 24 bath-equipped properties run by Mitsui Fudosan Hotel Management, which abolished its tattoo rule across all of them on 1 March 2026. The notice names three brands — Mitsui Garden Hotels, The Celestine Hotels and sequence — and qualifies the change by nothing: not size, not placement, not covering. It is the cleanest policy on this site, and the reason a third of the unconditional listings here carry the same name.

One caution the group’s own material does not give you: its bath list also includes a property whose only water is a rooftop pool, and that pool still refuses tattooed guests. A Mitsui Garden name is not by itself a guarantee. Every property listed here has been checked individually for a real daiyokujo.
